SEO Outreach Specialist

We're Prospecto Group, a team of 20+ highly motivated young people who create websites worldwide. We are a young and rapidly growing company, part of the big family of Nova Broadcasting Group. We love challenges and dynamic life. Our clients are from different categories of Bulgarian retail sector: retail chains and producers of goods and services.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for SEO Outreach Specialist to cultivate relationships and links from relevant and credible websites to targeted web pages within our website.

Responsibilities:
-Promote content created by the Prospecto Group’s content team
-Identify individuals and websites that are both relevant and of high reputation
- Develop, build and nurture relationships with industry experts and influencers
-Employ multiple link-building strategies including posting thoughtful, well written comments within relevant blogs and promoting Prospecto Group’s content via social media
-Review back-link patterns of competing sites to learn best practices and implement such practices where appropriate
-Work with site to correct malformed links
-Maintain logs of link building activities so as to track their success, or lack thereof
-Link quality is highly valued - all cultivated links must be unpaid, non-rented and non-cloaked
-Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

Requirements:
-1-2 years experience in similar position
-Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, AdWords (keyword tool), and Google Analytics.
-Good knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
-Must possess a level of confidence and salesmanship
