For our client - a company providing the best customer service to all
visitors of the Munich airport we are looking for LOST AND FOUND
COORDINATOR. Join the team that is committed to provide high level of
services at the "Lost and Found" department.



Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationship with the customer by using an email and telephone calls;

• Maintaining and updating the “Lost and Found” system;

• Research and verifying validity of all information before release;

• Collect lost items from Remote Parking, TSA, Car Rental, Terminals and various other areas of the airport grounds;

• Receiving and secure items in a lockable container such as a safe.



Requirements:

• Fluency in English - B2;

• Working level in German – A2;

• Organizational and customer-oriented skills;

• Previous Customer Service or Operations experience - advantage;

• Аbility to work under pressure and respect deadlines;

• Ability to solve daily problems and make quick decisions;

• Excellent computer literacy (Word & Excel);

• Ability to work varied hours, weekends and holidays.
