Experienced Facebook Campaign Manager with English WANTED ( ‼️for PAID advertisement campaigns only )

->remote work ->payment by invoices or civil contract -> part-time 

Requirements:
- Fluent english is a must
- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C FACEBOOK campaigns is also a must( 1 year +)
- Exceptional project management skills are essential
- Good copywriting skills
- Know your way around finding ctr-increasing visual creatives
- Experience in competitive research is recommended, doing it is a required part of the job (checking out competitors and their ads, building “swipe-files” and using those materials to come up with ideas for our own campaigns)
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Good level of german is an advantage
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
- You like data and deep-diving into past campaigns to find winners and fastest opportunities for improvement is something you’d do for free (but don’t mind at all to be paid for) 
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and to take the initiative 
- Any skills in sales funnel building and optimization you already have will go a long way and exponentially increase if we work together
