QA Manager

Our client offers consultancy, software development and custom solutions with deep technical expertise in systems integration / business process management, business analytics, mobile development, application modernization, infrastructure virtualization and quality assurance. For one of their development projects for a big client from the Silicon Valley, they are looking to hire a 

QA MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of QA Leads on a local & international level with a team of 30+ QA specialists
• Communicate directly with clients in order to understand their needs and help them analyze and define requirements
• Design and delegate tasks for team members (a team of 100 subordinates) and coordinate their work in projects
• Support the team members and help them achieve goals
• Take part in planning and organizing of the company projects
• Make sure that the projects are done in planned deadline and with high quality

Requirements: 

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering 
• Minimum 7 years of related experience of quality engineering
• Experience with different type of automated testing, test levels and approaches
• Programming skills in Java (other OOP-based language or scripting language); 
• Experience with Selenium
• Excellent understanding of OOP, software architecture and technologies
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tooling
• Knowledge in SQL and experience with DB platforms
• To be a technical leader who needs to have a really good understanding of the system under test
• Experience with software testing in Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with teams
• Fluency in English
