Virtual Assistant

I need a virtual assistant to help me with my work. Payment is per hour.
I need someone to perform some basic online tasks - email
communication, Word & Excel, online research, ad posting, business listings, etc. No programming or
any special IT skills needed. Very good written English is a must. I
need this someone to be available at least 20 hours per week.

I'm looking for someone to work with long-terms and really prefer the person to be located in Sofia, Bulgaria so we can meet occasionally and before we start working together.
