Needed profile:

Experience with web development
HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript/JQuery
CMS (WordPress)
Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Familiar with browser compatibility issues and cross platform functionality
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, OOP
Responsible and independent work
