Database/Data Warehouse Developer

Accountabilities and Activities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain database and ETL solutions
• Integrate disparate source data into an enterprise data warehouse, create data marts for end user reporting, and provide data for application use
• Support the quality assurance / testing function
• Author and contribute to technical design documentation
• Adhere to source control procedures and programming standards
• Develop and execute unit and system tests of software
• Create and maintain system documentation

Required Skills

• Good SQL knowledge
• Programming skills
• Ability to follow design and coding guidelines
• English language proficiency (spoken and written)

Additional Skills and Qualifications considered as an advantage:

• Education in Computer Science and Informatics
• Working experience with Databases and Data modeling
• PL/SQL knowledge
• Java, C, or C++
• Ability to travel
