We are currently hiring a full-time Recruitment Researcher/Sourcer to join our Recruitment Excellence team. You will be working with one of our important clients - a Healthcare start-up in NY.

Your job will be to research, find and select potential candidates for various roles in the company. We expect you to source at least 30 qualified candidates a day including their contact details (phone number and/ or email).

About you:

 - you need to have experience in candidate sourcing preferably in the US

- you need to have excellent knowledge of various web research tools in order to find relevant information

 - you should have great CV/Resume screening skills to spot the best talent

 - we are looking for someone who is creative and innovative and can try different approaches to find the best people - joining web forums, researching Social Media, etc

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION so you need to be available for full-time work.
