Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple consecutive teams/projects to deliver optimal company profitability from constrained resources;
• Manage client expectations and communications throughout project timeline including change in scope implications;
• Oversee the planning, development and successful implementation on-time and on-budget client projects;
• Assist with pre-sales process when required;
• Ability to travel frequently (mostly to the UK);

Required Experience and Skills:
• At least 5 years experience with custom software development;
• Understanding of all facets of web and mobile development including functional design, technical implementation and an excellent knowledge of the technology and design constraints;
• Ability to communicate effectively in order to pull teams together and get things done;
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and schedule their own work and the work of the team;
• High motivation and enthusiasm with the ability to motivate other team members;
• Strong focus on output quality and attention to detail;
• Be confident in delegating responsibilities where necessary;

Technical Skills:
• Experience with Java, Android, BlackBerry Java, Java ME;
• Experience with Objective-C, iPhone, iPod & iPad;
