You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Automation is at the core of what we do.

Responsibilities

• Update and create RESTful API endpoints.
• Low latency data delivery using pub-sub technologies
• Optimize new and current database systems
• Various micro services and in-house tools development
• Design, develop, maintain, enhance and support current systems
• Provide production support and monitoring of systems supporting current business clients
• Migration of our current systems to AWS

REQUIREMENTS

Required:
• Bachelors degree in computer science or 2 years of professional experience using .NET Framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• C# .NET development experience and knowledge of the .Net ecosystem
• Building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET (or similar technologies)
• Building applications and services using C# and .NET framework
• Strong proficiency with SQL and its variations

Desired skills and knowledge:
• Building applications and services using C# and .NET framework
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Familiar with caching and pub-sub technologies
• Basic HTTP and network protocols understanding
• Version Control Systems (git preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently
• Problem-solving attitude

Bonus Points:
• In-depth understanding of database structure principles
• Skilled at optimizing large and complicated SQL statements
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of Postgresql / Aurora PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of the Docker platform
• Knowledge of CI procedures
• Test driven development
• Basic Knowledge of Redis
• Basic windows server administration
• Basic linux server administration
• Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic) and automated testing frameworks
