Hey there! We are Augitec EOOD, we are actively expanding our business in Bulgaria and we are looking for an awesome, communicative and open-minded person to take care of our business administration.
Look, it's pretty simple. Our team is globally distributed software development and consulting and we want to keep it that way. That means investing more time in recruiting great humans, handling customer contracts, investments, cash flow with greater care, and helping onboard and coordinate properly is required. Ah, right! We should probably explain. In short, we're a group of not so young humans who are operating IT-only coworking for IT companies across the world. So far, we've customers in Ukraine, Latvia, Germany and U.K. All people are co-located anywhere where they live and we practically work online only and using Skype for regular meetings. We travel for team events.
About the role
This is where YOU come in! We are looking for a human who understands the importance of communicating and working independently and self managed in Sofia, or another Bulgarian city. You will focus on all legal aspects of the company, contracts with co-workers, customers, cash transactions, investments.

What you probably will do
You will be the heart of our operations team and your focus will be on contracts, accounts, billing, administration flow, and assistance.
You should be ready to take a managerial role and legal responsibility.
We need new humans, but only the best humans.
Sparking collaboration and connection with local business and people.
This job is a significant legal responsibility, but no heavy time-intensive work. We expect you have not too many work hours and you can live a great work-life balance.
Write thousands of lines of code.
Sit in 2-hour long boring meetings.
Fix coffee machines (Actually no. We can't promise you won't do that).
Cleaning office and entertaining your manager
What we need you to be
Energetic, communicative and self-organized.
You can work 99% by skype and e-mail.
Have at least 1 year of professional experience in business administration, accounting or related business activities
You can speak and write business English adequately, we do all work purely in english language.
Be pro-active in improving existing processes and coming up with new ones.
While also being patient with people.
You also need to be all of the stuff that we mentioned at the beginning.
We don't have bosses. We have team leaders.
You will be a part of a team. You will be leading in fact.
