Part time to Full-time virtual customer service administrator
I am looking to hire a Part time to Full-time virtual customer service administrator for growing Estate & Letting Agency company.
We currently have 2 full time staff members and we are looking for another person to be part of our great growing team!
The role will be to take calls from tenants and log maintenance issues, book engineers, send out invoices. Also to take calls for our services and to organise payments.
Also accounting tasks with billing reconciliation. This will be managed through different software systems which you will be given extensive training on.
There will also be a lot of different administration duties that will run alongside the customer service duties which you must be flexible as this role is very varied.
You must have:
Must have strong clear English skills/ Multi lingual
Must have good organisation and solving skills
Must be a fast learner and a keen attitude
Must have confidence to sell the products as this is a key part of the cleaning customer service role (training will be provided)
Must have fantastic positive customer service skills
Must be highly professional
You must have a quiet environment to receive & make calls
A fast internet connection
Up to date desktop/laptop to be able to manage the software and website packages the companies are run from .
Software we use: xero, spareroom, pushbullet, dropbox, invoice home, Signable and we work through Gmail.
This will be 3 days a week role - Monday - Wednesday - 11am – 7pm Wage BGN 600 a month.
After 3 months this role will be full time - Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm Wage BGN 1000 a month.
Initial training is for 1 month in which you need to be ready to run the software with another virtual customer service representative.
Wage increase after 12 months and also commission based bonuses when acquiring new business and for consistently great customer service skills.
