Web (PHP/JavaScript) Developer

This is a remote, home-based position.  Scopic Software is seeking intelligent, hard-working, passionate Web (PHP/HTML5/JavaScript) Developer Intermediate+ level that want to do interesting work. Scopic Software is US-based company with employees in more than 10 different countries.  The company develops graphics, multimedia and image processing/analysis software for the desktop, web and mobile platforms. Engineers work from the comfort of their home using a PC and internet connection. Projects can be short or long. Project team sizes range from 1 to 10 people, including QA and a project manager. Web-based project management, source code control and bug tracking software help to manage the development process. Work is interesting and challenging.  Requirements: Good English reading and writing skills. Good backend (PHP) and frontend (HTML5/JavaScript) programming skills. Experience in one or more PHP frameworks (Yii, Zend, Symphony, Codeigniter, Laravel, etc.). Experience in one or more Javascript frameworks (Node.js, backbone.js, AngularJS, Dojo, knockout.js, etc.) Dedication and discipline to work remotely from home. Software architecture and database design experience. Bachelor`s degree or higher. Good PC and internet connection for a work. Hourly rate is 10-16$/hour depends on skills and experience.  This is a part-time or full-time position.
