Prometheus and Grafana setUp

I need an expert on linux server and with wide experience on Grafana and Prometheus :

He needs to set up Prometheus an Grafana on a new server, make all the necessary setup in order to pull data from third party APIs.

Help on setting up Grafana dashboards and Logic.

This is an Italian company and this is just a part of a wider software web based platform, we are selecting the right coders.
