Baryon Sweden is an innovative company with departments in Sweden and Sri Lanka, we are focused on Healthcare IT since 2015. We conquer the Healthcare IT industry with a
non-trivial approach, interesting tasks and active use of modern
technologies. Currently, we're looking for Project manager to manage our growing numbers of projects


Expected

• Plan and develop the project with supporting documents
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
• Solve issues that arise. Lead development cost effective solutions.
• Manage the project budget.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Evaluate project Performance.
• Answer queries from client representatives regarding both general and technical issues.
• Plan and schedule the scope of work for the project.
• Actively
  monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct standards and
  procedures for safety and environmental performance.

Requirements / skills:

• A background in project management.
• Solid technical background is nice to have, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills in English
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
• The
  ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and coordination of
  multiple projects is a requirement, as is the ability to assess and
  implement risk management to mitigate schedule impacts.
• Demonstrated initiative and drive within a fast-paced environment is required.
• Ability to set clear goals and focus on results
  
• Ability to motivate a team
  
• Experience working with a distributed team preferred
  
• The constant striving to improve the level in project management is welcomed
