Assistant - Accounting, Organization, and Administration

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site) - You would need to come to our office in Sofia. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including organization, calculation, and accounting tasks
  • Handle various administrative duties, such as downloading invoices, tracking missing invoices, and preparing wire transfers
  • Manage emails and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain Google Drive, emails, Asana, Wiki, etc.
  • Conduct research as required
  • Make phone calls for booking appointments and reservations
Requirements:
  • Proficient in English
  • Detail-oriented and able to focus on tasks
  • Well-organized and open-minded
  • Previous experience as an assistant preferred
  • Quick learner and adaptable to different tasks
  • Patients with repetitive tasks
Familiarity with project management tools, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 is a plus, but not a requirement. 
Additional Information:
  • Startups experience is preferred due to the diverse nature of tasks and a bit chaotical environment, requiring a versatile generalist approach.
  • Long-term work relationship with the potential for full-time employment
