We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to help manage our digital content, create engaging multimedia, and support our day-to-day office operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our online presence and internal workflows. Our office assistant will face a dynamic array of tasks each day, ensuring no two days are ever the same. We are looking for someone who thrives on this variety and finds motivation in the ever-changing landscape of their daily responsibilities. From managing content with AI tools to simple video editing and beyond, the ideal candidate will welcome the challenge and excitement of a multifaceted role.

Key Responsibilities:

-Content Management: Regularly update texts on platforms and online stores we manage.

-Voice-over Creation: Utilize provided artificial intelligence software to create voice-overs from selected paragraphs of our blog articles.

-Article Creation and Formatting: Write articles with the assistance of artificial intelligence, add images, and prepare them for publication.

-Office Tasks: Handle printing, scanning of documents, and other office duties as needed.

-Video Editing: Compile video clips, adding music and cutting content as necessary, using the software we provide. Simple tasks such as adding subtitles through an automated program are also required. No complex effects or advanced editing techniques are needed, making this suitable for individuals with basic video editing skills.

-Design: Work with Canva or Photoshop to create visual content.

-AI-Generated Graphic Design: Use software for creating graphic images.

-Shipping/Client Communication: Manage shipments and communicate with clients (low volume).

-Social Media Calendar Scheduling: Schedule posts for social media.


Experience with content management systems, Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.

Experience with artificial intelligence platforms.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organized with an eye for detail.

Creative and proactive in finding solutions.

A starting salary of BGN 2,000 (neto), with the potential for an increase up to BGN 4,000 within 2-3 months based on independent and effective task management.
