- communicate via messages with customers

- assist with tracking orders if necessary

- be familiar with product pages, characteristics, etc.

requirements:

- working level of English and Bulgarian language

attention to detail

- 3 years experience in digital marketing, customer support or similar

- fast and responsive.

The position is a long term but freelance project. Hours are fixed and are not negotiable.

Suitable for freelancers. We do not believe that you can take additional hours if you have a fulltime job.
